Happy June1st!!
Let me begin with a HUGE Thank You!

Your efforts to help keep us, your fellow co-client and yourself healthy and safe, whilst in the salon, is beyond appreciated.
I know we all look forward to getting back some of our creature comforts; back to a bit of normalcy.
We will do our best to make that happen.
One (informed) step at a time.

In an effort to accommodate hundreds of clients,
all with different needs and desires,
please know that we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

June 7th will be our date of maskless appointments for *Fully Vaccinated clients. At that time, Brittany Retherford will have completed her two week cycle, post second shot. Until June 7th, we will require staff and client remain in masks. For clients that are *not vaccinated, we will require that you maintain mask wearing during your appointment until we are advised otherwise. We will continue hand washing upon entry as a general measure of cleanliness for your salon visit. We will continue to use separate entrances per stylist for appointments, as this will continue to minimize unnecessary exposure to each other. Please arrive to your appointment on time. We welcome you to enter as scheduled, just a few minutes early is great to situate yourself and begin your service on time.
We understand you may *request us to wear a mask, we will happily accommodate this request. We understand you may continue to wear a mask, we encourage you to do what is best and feels right for you. Whatever suits your comfort level is what we will be happily do. Please text this mask request of your stylist prior to your appointment.

*we will be working on the honor system
*we will be updating your client profile at your next appointment:
contact info in your profile
mask preference of stylist and self
the date of your completed vaccination period (two weeks post second shot)

** Brittany Retherford continues to schedule new client referrals
** Angela Packer is currently not scheduling new clients referrals

Dear Licensee,
Governor Mike DeWine announced last week that the state would follow that latest protocol update from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  The CDC orders say vaccinated individuals may avoid wearing facial coverings indoors and outdoors however, businesses may continue the requirement.

Governor DeWine also announced that he has asked the Ohio Department of Health to remove most pandemic health orders on June 2nd.  Measures being removed will include facial covering protocols, social distancing guidelines, and capacity restrictions for indoor and outdoor events.  The Responsible Restart Ohio guidelines will also be removed at this time.

To view the public health orders, please visit: https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/covid-19/resources/public-health-orders/public-health-orders.  Should you have any question regarding COVID protocols, please contact the Ohio Department of Health at 1-833-4-ASK-ODH.
